How can Neuro affirming nurture help you?
Perhaps you are a school looking for help to support your staff and children or
a parent looking for help to support your child's wellbeing, reduce their anxiety and improve their mental health.
Providing a variety of services that have neuro affirming practice at the core. Although specialising in neurodiversity, I can help all children in their quest for better mental health.
I also offer in person speaking and training for any groups, workplaces and educational settings who would like to improve their knowledge of Autism and ADHD.

About me
Working previously as a nurture educator, I find great joy in nurturing and supporting children. I have worked with children for 16 years and I'm constantly evolving and developing my methods... there's always more to learn! My belief is, by focusing on overall wellbeing and improving their mental health, children can thrive. By prioritizing these aspects, I believe we can create better and more positive learning environments for all children. I work with all children but specialise in working with neurodivergent children in an affirming way. I encourage children to be the best version of themselves.
I am also a mother of a neurodivergent child and I am myself neurodivergent. I have been on a journey of discovering myself, parenting a neurodivergent child and working with neurodivergent children in my job role in education.
I can currently cover south Derbyshire and west Nottinghamshire areas.

I have many years experience and have completed many training courses and qualifications, including, but not exclusively;
Drawing and talking practitioner.
Lego therapy practitioner.
Nurture group practitioner.
Children's mental health champion
I also have training in; autistic mental health and trauma, level 4 Makaton, working with SEN, paediatric first aid, psychological first aid and neurodiversity coaching.
I have a full enhanced DBS check, available on request.
Lego therapy
"Lego club" is ideal for a small group of 3 children to promote their communication and team work. Neurodivergent Lego play sessions also available. 10 weeks of 50 minute sessions (10 minute set up included). Settings must be able to supply a digital device with Lego builders app installed. All Lego will be provided. £350
Drawing and talking
This is a 1 to 1 session to help children who have experienced trauma or who have had ACE (adverse childhood experiences). 12 week program, 30 minute session time. £360. Zoom sessions £300
Nurture Groups
Working in a small group, we do activities to boost self-esteem and confidence. We also look at friendships, our emotions and discover strategies to help. Mindfullness activities always included. 6 to 8 weeks of 60 minute sessions. Price available upon request as dependent on amount of sessions required.
Speaking and training
I am happy to share my neurodivergent experience with a variety of settings. If you require someone fun and engaging to speak about ways in which you can improve practice and work effectively with neurodivergent children, then please contact me. I can discuss a variety of topics and tailor this to individual setting needs. Price on request.
One to one support
In person or over zoom sessions to support individual children. First session will be over zoom to assess any needs and just to see if you like my style! First session free (30 minutes), blocks of 5 or 10 sessions can then be booked. 5 one hour sessions in person £175 or over zoom £150. 10 one hour sessions £350 or £300 over zoom.
Parent support
Practical advice for parents of neurodivergent children. Supporting parents to support their children. I'm happy to talk to individuals or groups, sharing my experience of neurodiversity. Zoom available. £45 per hour face to face or £35 over zoom.
